Why Holly?
I am right there along with you. I have worked with Women helping them with their health & hormones for the last 4 years. My mission is to close the gaps that are left in the conventional system and help women reclaim their power and advocate for themselves. When I was 39 I started noticing some of the hormone changes myself and found that very few resources were available. Perimenopause is an important phase of our lives and we need to be able to confidently move through it with support and knowledge.
